You submit the Charter Application. This is not a sales form. I personally review your site to ensure it fits our technical criteria and that our values align.

The Invitation
If selected, you will receive a personal email with The Charter Invitation. This contains a secure payment link to set up your retainer.
The Secure Handshake
Once the charter is signed, we open a secure, encrypted channel. This is where you provide your current host credentials (SSH/Admin).
Crucial: We never ask for keys in the initial application. Security begins before we even touch your site.
The Silent Takeover
This is the moment you stop working.
Scenario A: Migration
We perform a silent cloning of your site to the SmartBirb Cloud. We sanitize plugins, optimize the DB, and switch DNS. Zero downtime.
Scenario B: New Build
We deploy a fortified WordPress foundation. We hand you a fresh, fast, and secure environment ready for your content.
The Captain's Watch
You receive the "All Clear" signal and a "Key-in-Hand" login link. You also receive my direct contact line (The Batphone).
From this point forward, you focus on your art. I watch the radar.
